Last week I went to a really wonderful part of trinidad a place called matelot (matt-lot). It is located approx 2 hours drive from Sangre Grande on the north east coast. Infact it is the last village on the Paria Main Road. Therefore it is the end of the road. There are beautiful beaches and sparkling rivers all along the way. Here are some pictures.
